The Vicarage, Chesire
The Vicarage, in Cheshire is a Grade II listed building that dates back to the 17th century so this design and installation needed to be handled with extra care and attention. As if that wasn’t enough we had some very tight timescales to work towards…. two weeks from start to finish.
The kitchen needed a full refurb including a remodel of the layout, whilst trying to incorporate some of their existing equipment into the new design. We worked closely with the client throughout the whole process, from their initial brief, designing and deciding on the new layout, the timescales and finally the installation.
We worked some long, hard hours but with careful planning, preparation and organisation and the best teams working together effectively – we did it within the two week timeframe!
Services included:
NEW centre island ventilation system with service riser and chamber
Supply and installation of new equipment and stainless steel fabrication
NEW safety flooring
NEW suspended ceiling with LED panel lights
NEW hygienic wall cladding
NEW floor drains
Behind this classic, elegant bar facade lies our bespoke stainless steel back bar system.
Designed and manufactured to client’s brief and consisting of:
- Glasswasher void & till point
- Cocktail stations including double ice wells with speed rails
- Waste and hand wash sinks
- Specially designed vented cupboard to incorporate the new Brita Vivreau ViTap and drip tray
We were contacted by Shakedown to specify and supply new equipment at their Wythenshawe site, this led to a full review of the Kitchen layout, workflow patterns and ergonomic solutions. We tweaked the original Kitchen design to better suit our client’s operation and manufactured select pieces of fabrication to allow their orders to be sent out with speed and efficiency
Shakedown then acquired their latest site at Cheadle where we were contracted to design, supply and install their kitchen equipment, fabrication, ventilation system and their front and rear server counters.
Burger Stop contacted us to assist them with the design of their kitchen at their first ever store in Sale, Manchester. From the design we specified the equipment to suit their operation and followed this through to supply and installation, as per our design.
Their first site has already become a massive success and they are already in the process of looking for their next site!
