We are also experienced in working with and coordinating all parties involved in a scheme including the operator, architect, shop fitter and main contractor.

Our Story
Entering the world of commercial kitchens as a school leaver at just 16 years old, our founder, Nicola Harris, has over 24 years of experience in the industry. In 2013, Commercial Kitchen Assistance Ltd was formed, after Nicola decided to spread her wings and venture alone. Since then, she has continued to grow the business significantly, and develop a wide client base, whilst offering a professional, reliable and honest service that is second to none.

The growth of the business meant that Nicola needed a second pair of hands to help her out - that's when Lucie came along! She joined us in 2020 and has since been learning the CKA way. We don't know what we would do without her - she completes our business women led team.
We have recently been hand selected to become one of the very few Middleby Elite dealers in the UK.

We attended an exclusive, invitation-only launch event at Middleby UK's Wigan innovation kitchen in January 2022, where we received a strategic and never-seen-before presentation from European Group President Chris Jones and Middleby UK Managing Director, Chris Clark.

Steve Spittle, chief commercial officer for Middleby Corporation also joined the event virtually to welcome the selected partners to the scheme.
​
The culinary team from Josper also flew in from Barcelona to host an evening event for the guests, and we were treated to a 10-course taster menu cooked by the Josper team, which was amazing!
